Good day to you,
We are looking for HSS in West African waters, preferably bound for Tema port Ghana with the following terms to be accepted by the selling party.
Commodity: HSS - White Refined Sugar, ICUMSA 45
Quantity: 25000 MT (Each loaded vessel)
Origin: Brazil
Packing: Bulk 50kg Bags
Shipping Terms: CIF, Jetty - no midstream delivery allowed
Destination: Tema, Ghana
Duration: Spot & annual contract possible R&E.
Agreed Price: 445 USD per metric ton
Payment Type: CAD (Cash against original shipping documents – by wire transfer MT103 to seller’s designated bank account)
WORKING PROPOSED PROCEDURE:
1. Seller issues SPA and CI for HSS spot deal CIF Tema alongside Non-negotiable copies/scans of shipping documents for verification through the buyer.
2. Buyer verifies shipping docs, signs SPA, and CI, and returns same to Seller, Seller counter endorses the contract.
3. Upon successful verification of the shipping documents the buyer orders his bank to issue a pre-advice to Seller's bank.
4. After verification of the Seller's bank of pre-advice the change of title of the consignment in favor of the buyer occurs, original documents are sent to the seller’s bank to buyer’s bank via courier, and the vessel is diverted to Buyer's port of destination (An official e-mail message from seller’s bank to buyer’s bank).
5. Buyer's bank releases funds to Seller's bank upon receiving the original shipping documents and bank e-mail message for vessel is diverted to Buyer's port of destination Tema, Ghana.
