Flint Dredgers Global Services Limited was formed as a limited liability corporation in Ngeria in 2006 in response to the following market conditions.an Oil and Gas Company founded in Nigeria following the Federal Government’s deregulation of the industry in the late 1990s. The company started business in 2003 with its primary interest being the trade of physical petroleum products. Our businesses cuts across the Oil and Gas Sector speciffically Purchase, Supply and Distributions. Our services can be categorised into the following groups.
The company goal is to participate fully in the following areas of the oil market:
Physical Oil Marketing: With nationwide coverage as the core of our business we are able to provide oil trading or marketing services to our industry partners who range from upstream producers to downstream marketers and traders. The aim is to meet customer requirements in terms of required quantity, quality of product and the ability and availability to cover any location throughout the country on a continuous basis.
Consulting and Project Management: A full service as an oil & gas transaction advisor specializing in acquisition and divestiture services such as importation of oil products and sales of oil and gas equipments.
Exploration and Production: We aim to be the partner of choice for the small to medium sized local and international E&P companies, particularly in areas where marketing and transportation and logistics issues are generally perceived as being challenging. Services offered to the E & P companies will include geophomatics and dredging services.
Design and Information Analysis: Information is increasingly important in all industries not least the oil industry. We aim to be a software application development company offering offshore outsourcing software development, supporting, usability labs, quality testing and improving services.
Shipping and Charter: Monitoring of the Nigerian Shipping Market in great detail through the use of our information analysis expertise. Developing a product that can come to be the standard in analysis of shipping data that will be useful to ship owners, agents, port authorities and other charterers. In addition to this FDGS will assist with the acquisition of oil vessels for the purpose of supply and trading of products.
Logistics and Distribution: Development of a transportation network that includes road and sea which will enhance our ability for effective and efficient product distributions across the region |
