My advise to all buyer's and mandate, don't be deceived by any fake seller's telling you that he have NNPC BLCO in China storage tank or vessels in China water or vessels on the way they all liar and fruadsters.
NNPC don't allow Crude Oil vessels move out Africa coast without assigned to buyer who issued bank instrument or pay for the logistics. All Crude Oil vessels moving out Africa coast has already assigned to buyer, so don't be deceived by anybody telling you that have BLCO Product in Rotterdam and China storage tank or loaded vessels or vessels on the way.
Note that what most of them are doing is to get loaded vessels details that has already been assigned to buyers to generate fake documents to do their fraudulent activities.
Only where we always have loaded vessels available is Ghana water, Togo water, Nigeria water for credible buyers to takeover or assign to the buyer name and move it to the buyer refinery port.
Stop wasting your to time on fake seller's.
