Dip and pay for jet fuel
Our client is in the market for JA-1.
The procedure is dip and payment.
We would like to see proof of the product before we send a formal ICPO so that we know that there is a tangible commodity for sale. This is because every time we have sent an ICPO we never receive a returned Corporate Invoice, or if the Corporate Invoice is returned, we have never had a returned Proof Of Product. I have sent ICPO, TSA, and a company profile on my client to the so-called supplier only to get nothing in exchange.
If you want to do business those are my rules of engagement.
After we know that there is a genuine product for sale my client will engage the following way.
1. Send an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO).
2. The real end titleholder will send a Corporate Invoice.
3. The buyer client will sign and return the Corporate Invoice to the seller customer.
4. The buyer client will dip and make payment via MT103.
Our buyer client is in the USA. They will purchase whatever volume Is available. Our client prefers a minimum of 2 million barrels per month on a contract.
