FOB and CIF procedures available for AGO, LPG, GASOLINE, JPA1, JP54, D2, D6, MAZUT, REBCO, EN590, 500PPM, 50PPM, BITUMEN, PETCOKE, and UREA.
No Advance Payment Procedure is very buyer-friendly. Buyer does not pay anything to the Seller if Seller does not have the product.
4 SALES PROCEDURES:
1) FOB DIP & PAY STORAGE TANK TO STORAGE TANK:
With term SPOT and Contract without POF and Buyer DIP TEST in SELLER TANK. With this procedure, the Buyer it must have Storage Tank and can have the product in its Tanks in 3/4 days.
2) FOB DIP & PAY VESSEL TO VESSEL:
Buyer Provider CPA, POF MT760, Buyer Must have Vessel, Buyer Conduct DIP TEST of the fuel on the Vessel by SGS and make payment via T/T MT103 of the fuel against Q&Q by SGS Report to Seller bank account.
3) CIF ASWP OPTION 1:
Buyers pay to Bank Importer SWIFT MT103 (TT). Bank Importer is a Third Party as the Trustee. Payment should be in the amount indicated in the Invoice to Bank Importer if the buyer does not have the ability to issue SBLC (SWIFT MT760). Bank importers accept payment of buyers. Once payment is received, Bank importer provides Swift MT760 (SBLC) to Bank Refinery. Bank Importer will not release payment to GNGROUP, REFINERY and the Parties Involved while the buyer has not done (Dip & Test) with Positive result (Cargo passed SGS).
4) CIF ASWP OPTION 2:
A) Buyer Provide POF SWIFT MT760 VIA SBLC
B) Full payment is made after the buyer completes inspection at buyer's port / location, 100% payable for each shipment within 1 banking days upon the cargo passed SGS
