The following offer for Diesel Fuel is available on first come first served basis:
Product will be delivered in trucks of 11,000 gallons.
Buyer can start with 1 -10 trucks daily.
Payment is made after delivery.
Buyer must be a cash buyer and payment to be made upon dip test at Buyer's location.
PRODUCT: Diesel Fuel
QUANTITY: One million gallons including R&E.
PRICE: National Average Diesel Price at https://gasprices.aaa.com as reference in the inspection date with a nominal 20% discount.
PROCEDURES:
1. The Buyer and the Seller sign this contract agreement.
2. Address of delivery in US is given (with a phone number and the name of the person who receives the Truck). First deal: One Truck holds 11,000 Gallons of The Fuel as reference.
3. Truck Driver delivers Gallons, Gallons are checked and accepted by the Buyer, Money is wired to the Seller’s escrow account as described in Attachment 1, at the same time right after the product inspection.
4. Following quantities will be agreed by the parties after the conclusion of the first deal.
• The Specifications of the Fuel are US
standard and regulated, Fuel originated in the US.
BANK CHARGES: Seller bears the cost for his account and Buyer bears the cost for his account.
DUTIES AND TAXES: The buyer shall be responsible for all duties and taxes levied on cargo by the authorities of the country of discharge. Title shall pass from seller to buyer when the complete discharge of cargo is made to the buyer.
