TRANSANCTION WORKING PROCEDURE-TTO
• Buyer issues an official irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) + BCL , company registration,valid passport copy inserting seller’s term and procedure.
• Seller issues Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), title Tanker Take Over and commercialinvoice for the product quality on board vessel.
• Seller issues the POP document as listed below:
*Certificate of Origin
*3 original and 3 non-negotiable copies of full set of oceans on board
*Marine/ocean bill of lading "Clean on Board" marked "Freight Prepaid
* Certificate of title designating
*Ullage Report
*Vessel Notice
*Cargo Manifest
*Vessel Q88
*Product Q&Q certification,
*Authorization to Sell (ATS),
*Authorization to verify,
*Certificates of Inspection,
*Certificate of Authenticity,
*Certificate of movement
*Copy of notice from cargo vessel's captain or master that the vessel has reached NOR.
Within 48 hours of receipt and confirmation of the above documents by the buyer, buyer guarantee’s consignment with options of: Block Found MT799 for the total cargo amount Upon confirmation either of the above payment instrument, seller issues authorization toboard the vessel (ATB) and Dip test authorization (DTA) and all shipping documents will bere-issuing in buyer’s name and vessel
will be re-routed to the buyer’s discharge port.
Upon arrival of the vessel at buyer’s discharge port, buyer pays the remaining total product
value after successful CIQ/SGS or equivalent via T/T-MT103 and title of products ownership transferred to buyer.
Seller pays commission to agencies, broker and intermediary as per signed NCNDA/IMFPA.
