below steps procedure without any deviation.

Procedures as below:
Seller's SCO first step
1. Buyer issues ICPO + Company Profile
2. Seller issues Proforma Corporate Invoice for the available quantity in the storage tank for the buyer to sign.
3. Buyer signs and returns the Proforma Corporate Invoice
4. Buyer issues MT199 to the Seller Bank for the value of a 1-month volume of EN590 at a price quoted in the Proforma Corporate invoice.
5. Seller issues to the buyer the listed below POP documents along with a fresh SGS report
a. Copy of Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)
b. Copy of Injection Report
c. Copy of Product Passport (Analysis Test Report)
d. Copy of Certificate of Origin
e. Copy of Authority to Sell and Collect (ATSC)
f. Copy of Commitment Letter to Supply
g. Copy of Authorization to Verify (ATV)
h. Dip Test Authorization (DTA)
6. Buyer's Inspectors carry out Dip Test at Buyer's Expense (optional).
7. Buyer verifies the POP documents and pays for the total product value, and the seller immediately transfers the product ownership title to the buyer with all export documents.
8. Seller immediately commences product injection into the buyer's tanks or chartered vessel. Buyer to provide TSR or CPA & nominated 088.
9. Seller sends the Buyer a SPA Contract, which is negotiated, Signed, and Sealed between the parties for a 12-24-month Supply Contract. Contract priced on the same platts index and discount as spot trade.
10. Buyer issues an SBLC to the Seller for 12 months+1 day for the value of the monthly volume agreed in the SPA. Monthly lifts continue for the term of the contract.
