I have the Mandate of a Euro-Provider.
They need to purchase USD.
This will be a Bank to Bank, MT103 transaction.
The first contract will be 50 Billion.
They are willing to provide an RWA Letter from their bank.
MT199 cannot be provided.
Option #1
Once USD-Provider receives the RWA Letter, USD-P should move first by MT103.
The first tranche can be small in order to gain trust.
Option #2
USD-P send completed contract.
Euro-Provider will move first with MT103 / 23.
USD-Provider “MUST” offer a bonus to the Euro-Provider.
