DURATION: 6 CALENDAR MONTHS
QUANTITY: 25,000 METRIC TON MONTHLY
Buyer & seller sign & seal this contract including banking coordinates & exchange the signed copies by electronic mail. The electronic signed copies by both parties are considered legally enforceable and cannot be changed.
Buyer pre-charters vessel for trans-shipment of product and sends vessel’s CPA, Q88, charter receipt and captain’s contact information and Inspection Agents details to seller together with a Bank Comfort Letter.
Seller’s vessel calls/communicates with buyer’s vessel and both captains agree to STS location in territorial waters.
Upon vessels meeting up, STS takes place immediately
Buyer issues an Irrevocable Auto Revolving Letter of Credit fully funded for the Monthly shipment value.
Upon confirmation of LC vessel commence voyage to Monrovia for delivery.
Buyer pays for total cargo and intermediaries by MT103 to seller and upon docking of vessel at buyer’s tank farm within 5 banking days and inspection by SGS.
